Why can I see my nabtrade Cash Account but not my trading accounts in the nabtrade mobile app?

Trading accounts are only visible once nabtrade customers have fully completed the KYC process so we might still require some additional information from you.

To see if you have any outstanding actions go to nabtrade.com.au and log into your nabtrade account then select: Admin > Personal Details.
