Important information

The old nabtrade platform has been retired. When you next login into nabtrade you will be taken to the new website. Your log in details remain the same.

What is an outstanding action and what do I need to do?

Outstanding actions are tasks you need to action to finalise your nabtrade account. To check whether you have any outstanding actions on your account go to Settings > Service notifications and actions > Outstanding actions. This may include finalising your verification, or completing any transfers of shares to your nabtrade account.

If you have opened an account with more than one account holder, e.g. a joint account, there will likely be outstanding actions for the other account holder to login and action as well. Please get the other account holder to check their outstanding actions, as the processing of a particular form or instruction might be delayed by their failure to do so.

Further information on the different types of outstanding actions, what they mean and what you need to do are detailed below.
