To reset your password, you'll need:
- Your nabtrade User ID, and
- Your security question keyword
Access via NAB Internet Banking
You can also access your nabtrade account via NAB internet banking. Simply log into your account, navigate to your investments and click on the launch nabtrade link located on the left hand side.

What's my User ID?
If you're a NAB customer it's your NAB ID, the number you use to login to NAB Internet Banking. It's printed above the magnetic strip on the back of your NAB card. If you're not a NAB customer, your User ID would have been emailed to you when you first opened your nabtrade account.
