Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are in the process of rolling out a version update which is impacting some nabtrade functionality, including buy/sell buttons and certain page loads. If you are a Chrome or Edge user and are experiencing these problems, please visit the following FAQ to review the steps that need to be taken to prevent this issue from occurring.

Buy/sell buttons and pages not working when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge?

This issue has likely been caused by a version update currently being rolled out by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which is impacting certain nabtrade functionality.

Whilst we work to get this fixed permanently there is a workaround which should solve the problem.

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Open a new Edge or Chrome browser tab (depending on which internet browser you use)
  2. Type in edge://flags/ or chrome://flags/ and hit Enter
  3. In the search field at the top of the screen type in origin-keyed
  4. Select the drop down box for Origin-keyed Agent Clusters by default and change from the Default setting to Disabled
  5. Close your Edge or Chrome browser and then re-open and type in nabtrade.com.au or select this from your favourites if stored there

You will only need to do this once.

A permanent fix preventing the need for the workaround should be in place by the middle of December 2023.
