This issue has likely been caused by a version update currently being rolled out by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which is impacting certain nabtrade functionality.
Whilst we work to get this fixed permanently there is a workaround which should solve the problem.
Please follow the below steps:
- Open a new Edge or Chrome browser tab (depending on which internet browser you use)
- Type in edge://flags/ or chrome://flags/ and hit Enter
- In the search field at the top of the screen type in origin-keyed
- Select the drop down box for Origin-keyed Agent Clusters by default and change from the Default setting to Disabled
- Close your Edge or Chrome browser and then re-open and type in nabtrade.com.au or select this from your favourites if stored there
You will only need to do this once.
