Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are in the process of rolling out a version update which is impacting some nabtrade functionality, including buy/sell buttons and certain page loads. If you are a Chrome or Edge user and are experiencing these problems, please visit the following FAQ to review the steps that need to be taken to prevent this issue from occurring.

How do I register my device?

To register your device, first download the app on your mobile and follow the prompts. If you need help, you can follow these easy steps:

  • Login using your nabtrade User ID and Password (If you’re a NAB customer your User ID is the same as your NAB ID)
  • Enter the temporary passcode that is sent to your registered device
  • Setup a 4-digit passcode for a quick sign-in
  • Finally, you will be prompted to enable Face ID or Fingerprint ID for a more convenient and secure way to login to the nabtrade mobile app.

Important: In order to register your device, you first need to have a valid nabtrade account. In addition, you need to have your preferred delivery method set as SMS and the mobile number for the device you intend to use needs to be listed. To do this, go to and log into your nabtrade account, then select:  Admin > Settings > Delivery method.
