Security Alert: Scam Text Messages

We’re aware that some nabtrade clients have received text messages claiming to be from [nabtrade securities], asking them to click a link to remove restrictions on their nabtrade account. Please be aware this is likely a scam. Do not click on any links in these messages. nabtrade will never ask you to click on a link via a text message to verify or unlock your account.

Some functionality may be unavailable between 01:00 and 12:00 on Sunday 20th July due to scheduled maintenance.

I lost my mobile phone, how do I de-register my device?

To de-register your lost device you will need to first download the nabtrade mobile app on the new device. Then login and go to Menu > Settings > Deregister devices, then swipe left on the device that you would like to de-register.

Important: You will no longer be able to connect the lost device should you find it. In order to register the lost device again, you will need to first delete and then re-download the nabtrade mobile app, then follow the device registration process again.
