Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are in the process of rolling out a version update which is impacting some nabtrade functionality, including buy/sell buttons and certain page loads. I lost my mobile phone, how do I de-register my device?

To de-register your lost device you will need to first download the nabtrade mobile app on the new device. Then login and go to Menu > Settings > Deregister devices, then swipe left on the device that you would like to de-register.

Important: You will no longer be able to connect the lost device should you find it. In order to register the lost device again, you will need to first delete and then re-download the nabtrade mobile app, then follow the device registration process again.
