Why didn’t I receive a passcode when trying to register my device?

This can happen if your preferred delivery method is setup as email, or you do not have the mobile number registered correctly.

To register your device, you need to have your preferred delivery method set as SMS and the mobile number for the device you intend to use needs to be listed.

To update these details go to nabtrade.com.au, log into your nabtrade account, then select: Admin > Settings > Delivery method.
