Security Alert: Scam Text Messages

Please be aware this is likely a scam. Do not click on any links in these messages. nabtrade will never ask you to click on a link via a text message to verify or unlock your account.

Some functionality may be unavailable between 01:00 and 12:00 on Sunday 20th July due to scheduled maintenance.

What is CHESS?

Clearing House Electronic Sub-Register System (CHESS)) is the computer system used by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to record the ownership of all domestic (Australian) shares on behalf of brokers, such as nabtrade.

Before being able to register ownership of shares on CHESS, an investor needs a Holder Identification Number (HIN).
