How do I authorise someone to access my account?

To give someone access to your domestic trading account go to Admin > Shared Access and select Add an Authorised Person.

The person you have nominated will receive an access code which they must use to login and set up their profile.

The authorised person will need to complete an identity verification check when setting up their profile. For existing NAB customers, have your NAB ID handy.  Non-NAB customers will need to provide either an Australian driver’s license or passport.

To do this they will need to select Authorised Person Login in the login box on the nabtrade home page.

For joint accounts, both joint account holders will need to approve the request for the authorised person to have access. To do this, both joint account holders  will need to navigate to Admin > Personal Details to view the Outstanding Actions and click Complete to action.

Alternatively, if online nomination is not possible you can complete and return the Authorised Person Form via forms@nabtrade.com.au

IMPORTANT: Authorised persons are not eligible to transact on cash accounts or international trading accounts.
