Security Alert: Scam Text Messages

We’re aware that some nabtrade clients have received text messages claiming to be from [nabtrade securities], asking them to click a link to remove restrictions on their nabtrade account. Please be aware this is likely a scam. Do not click on any links in these messages. nabtrade will never ask you to click on a link via a text message to verify or unlock your account.

Forgotten your Trading PIN?

In the new platform, your Trading PIN is not required. We are replacing the Trading PIN with SMS Security as the security method required when updating your personal details and settings, and making cash transfers to non-nabtrade accounts.

This change provides an extra layer of security, as each SMS security code sent to your registered mobile device is unique, temporary and cannot be reused, helping keep your accounts more secure.

Your four digit Trading PIN is used when placing orders and when performing certain functions such as changing your personal details or updating your settings.

To change your Trading PIN go to Admin Personal Details. If you know your current PIN and wish to change it, select Change PIN. If you do not know your current PIN select Forgotten PIN under the Personal details section when logged in to your nabtrade account.

NOTE: Trading PINs will be sent to you via your preferred delivery method of SMS or email.
