We’re aware that some nabtrade clients have received text messages claiming to be from [nabtrade securities], asking them to click a link to remove restrictions on their nabtrade account. Please be aware this is likely a scam. Do not click on any links in these messages. nabtrade will never ask you to click on a link via a text message to verify or unlock your account.

How do I set up a nabtrade High Interest Account?

The nabtrade High Interest Account allows you to earn a competitive variable interest rate on your cash.

To open a High Interest Account:

  1. Log in to nabtrade using your User ID and Password.
  2. Navigate to Products from the main navigation and click on High Interest Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your application.

Important: If there are additional account holders, all account holders must approve the creation of a High Interest Account. To approve the account, additional account holders must log into their own nabtrade profile and navigate to Settings > Service notifications and actions to complete the outstanding action. 

To set up a High Interest Account:

  1. Log in to nabtrade using your User ID and Password.
  2. Navigate to Cash > Open a High Interest Account. 
  3. Follow the prompts, accept the Terms and Conditions and enter your Trading PIN.

Important: If there are additional account holders, all account holders must approve the creation of a High Interest Account. To approve the account, additional account holders must log into their own nabtrade profile and navigate to Admin > Personal Details. Click Complete next to the Outstanding Action > Accept the Terms and Conditions and enter their Trading PIN.
