How do I update my residential, mailing addresses and CHESS registration details?

nabtrade may hold up to three addresses and the method for updating your address will depend on which address you wish to update.

nabtrade hold the following addresses:

  • Residential address of each account holder
  • Mailing address of each account holder
  • CHESS registration address for each trading account
  • Physical place of business (for company accounts)

Residential and mailing address can be updated online by logging into nabtrade and navigating to Admin > Personal Details.

Click Edit in bottom right of the residential & mailing address box, make the amendments to your address and enter your Trading PIN to finalise.

Company and Trust addresses

Company and trust accounts can only be managed by the trustee/director and will have their own residential, mailing and place of business addresses. Should you wish to change these, please call nabtrade on 13 13 80 and we can change them over the phone for you.

CHESS registration details
