- Life360 (ASX: 360): raises FY guidance after a 34% rise in 2H revenue, and a return to profit as net income comes in at $11.4M from last year’s loss of $20.7M. Co-Founder Chris Hulls also sets to step down as CEO to move into position of exec chair
- Seven West Media (ASX: SWM): posts 63% drop in FY net profit on the back of a weak post-election market. No dividend declared.
- SGH Ltd (SGH): sees FY net profit up 9% with EBIT higher primarily driven by its Boral and WestTrack. Fully franked final dividend of 32cps has been declared
