We’re aligning your profile across NAB. The profile we have for services like Internet Banking will now be used across nabtrade and other banking services.
We’re doing this to align your information across channels so that we can better service you as a customer and ensure we have consistent information about you throughout NAB. This will improve data consistency, reduce duplication and simplify your relationship with us.
The migration is scheduled to occur from October 2026 onwards.
Some personal details displayed in your profile may appear differently following the migration because they will now be sourced from your NAB customer profile.

Changes made before migration may not be reflected after migration where your customer details are subsequently sourced from your NAB customer profile. We recommend reviewing your details after migration and updating any information that is incorrect or out of date.
You can simply edit and update your details in the profile section of the nabtrade platform. You only need to update once, as any changes you make will be applied to any products/accounts you have across NAB. If the change relates to information that cannot be updated through self-service, such as a legal name change or mobile number update, please contact us so we can assist.
Because of the one-time security passcode which is required for two-factor authentication, this is unable to be changed via the self-service process. Please contact us if you need it changed.
We have dedicated support teams monitoring the migration and ready to resolve issues quickly.
As part of maintaining accurate records, you may be asked to confirm or update your personal information if discrepancies are identified.
We're available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm AEDT/AEST.
