Why am I having issues with logging in/my password?

If you’re having trouble with your nabtrade login, it may be due to your password manager auto filling incorrect login details. Because NAB Internet Banking, nabtrade and NAB Connect share the same NAB domain, some password managers treat them as the same account.

This issue can cause the following errors and prevent you from logging into nabtrade:

  • incorrect autofill
  • password overwrite prompts
  • confusion about which password is correct
  • password reset loops or lockout

Please note, this is not a NAB system defect.

How do I fix this?

You can  resolve this issue by:

  1. Typing your password manually instead of using a password manager, or
  2. Deleting your saved NAB credentials and setting them up again separately for nabtrade and NAB Internet Banking.
