How can I receive my statements and notifications electronically?

All new nabtrade trading accounts opened after the 31st March 2025 will automatically be opted in to receive ASX CHESS electronic statements. 

If you opened your account prior to this date, you can opt in by completing the ASX CHESS eStatement Registration Preference form.

Once you have been opted in, you will receive multiple notifications from CHESS: 

• An ASX CHESS Statements Portal registration email 
• An email confirming a change to communication preferences 
• A printed notification mailed to your postal address confirming the change

If you do not complete ASX CHESS registration, your CHESS holding statements will be added to the ASX CHESS Statement Portal, however you will not be able to access these statements until you register. 

Please note, to update your preferences for Issuer sponsored statements you will need to contact the applicable share registry directly.  

You can opt out of electronic CHESS statements by completing the eStatement Opt out section of the nabtrade ASX CHESS eStatement Registration Preference form. Once your request has been processed, future CHESS holding statements and notifications will be sent by mail to your registered CHESS address.
