Can I use a PO Box when opening an individual nabtrade account?
No. During the online application process, individual applicants must provide a physical residential address.
If you enter a PO Box as your residential address, the system will display an error and you won't be able to continue with your application.
To complete your application:
- Enter your physical residential address during onboarding.
- Complete the account opening process.
- Once your account has been established, you can update your mailing address to a PO Box if you would prefer correspondence to be sent there.
