For customers opening individual accounts
If you are a NAB customer, please ensure that you have your NAB ID with you and select “Yes I’m an existing NAB Internet Banking Customer”. In most cases this will mean your account is able to be established that day.
For Non NAB Customers, to ensure we open your account as quickly as possible, please have 100 points of ID available, such as your driver’s licence and passport. This will help speed up the application process.
For other account types
Please be advised it is taking at least 10 business days for us to process your application and we are unable to expedite specific applications. We will be in touch if we need anything further from you so please refrain from calling us. Thank you for your co-operation.
